Can you buy a heater for a dehumidifier continuous drainage hose?

I have a dehumidifier with a connected drainage hose that goes outside. Is there such a thing as a hose heater to stop the water in the pipe freezing in the winter?

That is gear maintenance for all ac drain lines. I have used compressed air to clear the line when bleach would not clear it.

I owned a council at one time and had the dehumidifier set up to drain into a floor drain. Now I live in a very humid apartment and would like to use the dehumidifier but there's no place to up the spout the hose. I need to go back to using the bucket
