Is there a good printer out there that can produce amazing prints, but wont dry out over time?
I've always had a intractable with the ink (or ink heads) in my printer drying out because I don't use my printer as often as the manufacturer expects of me...

I have a discontinued likeness I bought for $300 but I've seen it advertised online for about $200. It the Ricoh CL1000N. It prints at 31 ppm but each color cuts that count. (2 colors = 15 ppm, 3 colors = 10 ppm, 4 color = 7 ppm). It has very scathing graphics
I had the same conundrum with my inkjet Canon MP145, i suggest you go for HP Color LaserJet CP1215.

Tub/shower adhesive fumes?
A particle over a week ago I installed a new tub/shower surround in my home. Everything went well, but we are still being gassed out by the fumes. I used Loctite PL Tub Encompass Adhesive, which is SUPPOSED to be low odor. We have kept a window open
Cut a obese onion or two in half and leave face up in the bathroom. This will absorb the fumes.
Keep the room door segregate.
