The silent killer

There’s a lasting condition out there that affects all families.

It does not discriminate. It crosses racial and social borders. Everyone has been there. Everyone is there. Yet no one dares represent of it.

The condition is permanent. There is no known cure.  It can be managed but only with supreme vigilance. Unchecked, it will spread with all speed, leading to suffocation in the most extreme instances, and lost socks even in mild cases.

Laundry.

OK, Possibly now you’re smiling. Perhaps you chuckled.

I’m not joking.

Oh sure, you think it’s just a question of sorting, washing, drying, folding and storing clothes.

Equity.

And the Great Pyramid of Giza is a stack of bricks.

With two small children in the house, if you go even a day without doing laundry, you’re already sliding down the slick slope. Fact is, you live on the slippery slope and only by constant scrambling and clawing can you maintain your slant on it.

Any military ppl or skiiers out there who can help w/ boot drying?

I'm looking to buy a capable boot dryer and don't know if I need one with heat, fan only, or a beer tap on it. I work 12 hour days and boots never seem to be dry in the am. I line outside and want a good quality boot dryer, please help.

I would favour with the infantry man above. I am a skiier and boot driers work for ski boots because they are made from hard plastic and the heat does not cower them. Get yourself a second pair of boots and use some waterproofing spray on them.

I am in the military, objectively, I don't own a boot dryer. I own two pairs of boots. Problem with boot dryers is, if they are too hot, they make your boot fit/feel smaller when its on your foot. If not hot enough, its feels like a rubbishy investment

I would assent to with the infantry man above. I am a skiier and boot driers work for ski boots because they are made from hard plastic and the heat does not curl up them. Get yourself a second pair of boots and use some waterproofing spray on them.

Cananyone Recommend a Boot dryer?

Has anyone ever utilized the balfour boot dryer? I know the thermic one is meant to be good but i wanted to ask. Thanks

Yes and very tolerable,.

Why does most rap music sound like a boot in dryer?

Scarcely wondering.

The boot represents the stalwart urban exteior of the youth expressing his/her distain. The dryer represents the the heat of living in an oppressive culture. The sound is the constant strugle of freedom of the heat.

Respect the boot.
