Does a medical secretary's job description include making coffee and picking up dry cleaning?

What do medical secretaries do? Are they required to do grunt calling for the doctor, such as picking up dry cleaning, making coffee, and just generally being a flunky? Or do they do real line? Just wondering.

Quite not. You may have to make coffee but I dont think they would ever make you pick up their dry cleaning. You mostly do office related exertion only.
