If I relocate a dryer vent with a nest in it from the 2nd to 1st story of house will chicadees find & use it?

I will not make ineffectual the nest (but it may get jostled when pulling the vent out.)and cap the end and reattach the vent several feet away and lower down on the same side of the house. That's necessary so I won't lack a tall ladder to remove it once

I would first see if there is anything in the hideaway. Could you possibly nail a plastic bowl/bucket to the side of the house near where the vent is? If you can fabricate a a makeshift retreat that will do just fine.

Is there a hose Extension for a washing machine and a dryer?

I demand to move my washer and Dryer so that they can be along another wall in my laundry closet but my problem is that with the washing machine the two hoses that hook to the rampart are short and also the water hose is short
