nail dryer??

Hi, i'm into doing manicure & pedicure myself. but always detest to wait for the nails to dry & the polish never survive my 3 yr old boy's claws!!! i intend to get one nail dryer (similar to those used in salon) any genuine suggestion on model?

umm idk about the nail dryer

but if you but them in dead water for a minute or hold your hands in the freezer for a minute it drys them

Can I use a UV nail dryer light to dry normal nail varnish?

I have been noted a manicure set with a UV nail dryer for Christmas but I can't tell from the instructions if I can use it to dry normal nail varnish or if I have to buy special nail varnish. I keep getting conflicting answers when I search the internet.

The UV won't be of any sake without a UV curing top coat. The chemical structure of UV curing top coats is designed to be tougher than regular varnish. You can use the dryer, but you won't be getting any of the advancement of using UV cured products.

Some people have suggested that I use a curls dryer instead but I always mess my nails up waiting for it to dry...
