Here's my tedious:1) Before shampooing, I moisturize my hair and scalp with oil that I from warmed a bit. Not hot, just slightly warm. My favorite is Khoret Amen Hair Oil but you can adopt an idea from my friend, Jada, and use the Lisa's Hair Compound. As I massage the warmed oil on my scalp and hair, I gently detangle, using a major-tooth comb. It is best, when possible, to detangle hair while it is dry. It is more susceptible to breakage when it's wet. Gently comb the hair from the ends up to the roots.
2) Shampoo with either Khoret Amen Shampoo with Sea Moss or Rosemary Packet Shampoo with Sea Moss...
