Is the study of folklore part of anthropology?

I have been wasting tempo for years trying to figure out what exactly I want to go to school for. At my current age and circumstances in life, I feel its high time to actually get there. One thing I've found I have a passion for is folklore, but I'd like
A Cultural Anthropologist assuredly studies folklore.

Here in Europe the look at of Folklore is a small part of Anthropology but you want to study Ethnology for a real in depth knowledge of Folklore.
