Fantastic week of JSA finales

Moments of Sunshine, glacier backdrops, eagles circling over centerfield — it was a marvellous week of finales and, as always, there were a few surprises to be had.

Women’s C North Division

Pat’s Douglas Inn rode out the last week on a broom, comprehensive The Replacements off the stage, 16-10 and 12-9, to finish with the identical record as The Replacements in division play. In the first tie breaker second-hand to decide the championship — head-to-head games versus the opponent tied with — those two wins gave Pat’s a 4-3 superiority and the Women’s C North Division Championship. Congratulations to the entire division for a fantastically competitive salt.

Women’s C South Division

In the divisional finale for both teams, Sticks N Stones R.B. Communications came in with a one-business lead on Lynden Transport Women, but the Lady Haulers left Sticks black and lewd, 23-5, and both teams wrapped up the season with a record of nine wins, five losses. In another head-to-head tie breaker, Lynden’s certain win over Sticks gives them the divisional championship, four games to three. Congratulations to Lynden Transport Women for rallying to take the Women’s C South Divisional Championship.

I have smoked for 6 years.How much damage have i done to my body?

I have late endurance.I realised that when I ran a short distance and was tired!
I played broom ball and in 15 min i had an asthma attack.
I smoked for about 6 years, I am 26 now.

How much price have i done to my lungs etc?


each cigratte you take ,take a day off your entity..you can calculate the damage now i guess.the best way out is to quit..its wonderful..you will fell you are growing again.


if you halt smoking now it will take 10 years until your body is back to normal!

The rout way to find out accurately is by having a chest x-ray done. the damage may not be permanent. You could start taking vitamins with extra 500mg of VIT C, and start prepossessing fast walks gradually working up to running. you'll have to treat the asthma,

Broomball is a non-professional recreational ice amusement which has its origins in Canada.
