I have smoked for 6 years.How much damage have i done to my body?

I have late endurance.I realised that when I ran a short distance and was tired!
I played broom ball and in 15 min i had an asthma attack.
I smoked for about 6 years, I am 26 now.
How much price have i done to my lungs etc?
each cigratte you take ,take a day off your entity..you can calculate the damage now i guess.the best way out is to quit..its wonderful..you will fell you are growing again.

if you halt smoking now it will take 10 years until your body is back to normal!
you have done quite a lot of damage but as you're only 26 you can stop now and then in ten years you'll be as elevated as new...well almost.

The rout way to find out accurately is by having a chest x-ray done. the damage may not be permanent. You could start taking vitamins with extra 500mg of VIT C, and start prepossessing fast walks gradually working up to running. you'll have to treat the asthma,

Wow. I've smoked for 26 years now and I seemingly am in better shape than you. Do you not usually stay in shape? If you do and this is new, go to the doctor. I jog every single morning and go to the gym 4-5 evenings a week for toning/persistence training,
