My Corgi decided to bring me a Dead Rat as a Present!!

Um...my Welsh Pembroke Corgi puppy Loki loves me beyond assent. He brings me things/presents from outside. This is the earliest time he brought me something like this and sanguinely the last haha. Usually he brings me dead lizards or unconscious frogs....not this time though!! The rat was not injured or killed by my dog. The rat was already thoroughly dead when my dog found it. No autopsy was taken on the rat to pronounce out the cause of death, none was scheduled or requested since the rat's m could not be contacted for approval of such autopsy.
