The Layfield Tower and the missing 4th floor

Recently Peninsular Regional Medical Center, in Salisbury,announced in the Continually Times on a full page ad that they were exciting into their new Layfield tower. What was consonant was when they listed what facilities were on each prostrate they skipped the fourth floor. The reason prearranged; "No 4th floor due to taller floor to ceiling heights". They than continued to slate what was on the fifth floor. Now being a blogger you recollect I am not very smart but I think even I, when structure a new building, would have changed the name of the fifth beat and called it the fourth floor. Perhaps someone out there knows the conform to to this mystery.
