Would an ultrasonic humidifier hurt a dog?
Nov 07, 2010 by junglekat06 | Posted in Dogs
My apartment is unusually, really dry. I would love a humidifier, and I would like to get an ultrasonic one. However, I have a dog, and I want to make sure she won't be hurt by this purchase.
I conceive of it would be ok. But, I would call your vet & check just to make sure!!

I suspect it. A humidifier would actually help a dog to breathe better.

I have a backbone of a fragrance that I got from bed, bath, and beyond... where do I pore it into the venta sonic ultrasonic humidifier? Do I pore the liquid directly into the unworkable?
What is the epitome number of your humidifier? You can view the manual for vs207 here:

Modification of an ultrasonic humidifier for continuous water feed to water tank.?
Feb 10, 2010 by Ontheway | Posted in Maintenance & Repairs
I am wondering if its workable to make a water-inlet hole on the "upside-down sitting water tank" of an ultrasonic humidifier and support it from a tap with a hose? By this way I wont need to refill the water tank everyday. Do you think it works?
I hav never seen one but I am guessing it might be like the division water cooler, if you pop a hole in the bottle it all leaks out ( uses surface tension of h2o to impede spring ). How would the fill mechanism stop? Sounds like trouble.............
