Can I buy Sorghum syrup in the UK?
Dec 08, 2008 by claudia * | Posted in Cooking & Recipes
I'm looking for the southern US ingredient sorghum syrup - buying from US websites and shipping over is absolutely expensive! Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK I can buy or order it?
- i'm in London by the way!
I am a former chef from canada and globe-trotting trips to the UK to visit former chef colleagues, and I have seen it in Natural Food stores/shop and even some West African shops to, I introduced it to some my friends as a substitute for molasses or treacle,

Places to buy/things that look like sorghum?

I'm doing a skit, and are there any unrefined foods that look like unprocessed/harvested sorghum?
Or, are there any places where (definitively) you can buy sorghum?
Salubrity food store will either have sorghum flour or syrup, it is dark like buckwheat honey, in Africa they use it for Fufu a starchy dumpling like side dish served with stews.
