Is there a way to clean a dry clean only suit in the washer?
May 22, 9030 by lintfur | Posted in Cleaning & Laundry
My laundry surfactant exploded all over my Class A Army uniforms. They are 60% polyester and 40% wool. I don't want to go to the dry cleaners to clean them, I'd put forward to do it in the regular washer. Is this possible?
Examination washing might cause distortions and wrinkles in the fabric that will be difficult to remove from tailored clothing (such as a courtship). Keep in mind that a tailored suit is actually constructed in layers, with liners, padding, fusing, etc.
