Pack Ice Around Frozen Foods During Power Outage

If you're power is out due to the storms you are undoubtedly worried about the items in your freezer and fridge.

There are some things you can do just in case you do get power back within 24 hours:

1. Keep bags of ice -- (co-op give credence to bought or homemade) in the freezer. -- The big bags can be stuffed around frozen meats and other investments in the freezer.

2. If you have frozen jugs of be inconsistent -- s ee a demo here - - These are perfect for placing near jugs of milk or fruit essence.

3. Make smaller bags of ice like gallon size and sandwich size -- You'll use these to rucksack in your crisper and around smaller products you don't want to spoil.

try a classified add in your provincial paper or Penny saver type magazine. You can try on-line with eBay or Craig's list but I reservations the shipping will make it worth while.

My 2005 GE Profile Arctica Refrigerator turns on and off continuously. Turned power off for 12 hrs. Still same?

I checked check module in the back, water pipe seems to be fine, filter is ok, heater coil is not broken, fuses on power module and temp control panel are ok. But I could not know if two sensors near the heater coil are ok or bad. How do you thwart those

My Mom has a GE PROFILE ARCTICA AIR SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR and it stoped working and the switch panel is blinking 24hr idk what to do is there a reset and where is it. I dont really want to have someone come out and look at it just to reset it that

To reset the curb board unplug it for 5 minutes then replug it. If it continues to blink you will need service.
