Does the itouchless garbage can have a off and on switch for the lid?

If you have or have seen this scraps can it has a sensor in the lid and only opens when you wave your hand by it but can you turn it to "off" so your children cant get into the garbage???
Mine does not and the kids disarrangement around with the garbage when I'm not looking.

itouchless forever flashlight?

My boyfriend bought me an itouchless forever flashlight for my birthday. It is intended to run without a battery. A magnet creates a current when you shake it through a coil of copper wire and charges a capacitor.
