Grange City Covered Bridge condition worries increase

FLEMINGSBURG — Questions about a trash can at Grange Municipality Covered Bridge moved into a discussion of options to save the historic span from further deterioration by Fleming County Monetary Court Wednesday.

“The Grange City Bridge is in bad shape,” said Steve Donovan, Buffalo Clue Covered Bridge Association chairman.

A 86-foot span, the bridge was built using the multiple kingpost Burr Truss system. Located in a overflowing plain on Fox Creek, the bridge has several high-water marks, including one at 5-feet, 9-inches made by the 1937 overflowing.

Officials are concerned that another season of flooding may destroy the bridge.

A close look at the structure on Wednesday showed a elephantine portion of creek bank eroded around the piers and strapping that appeared to be an attempt to anchor the traverse to the shore on one side.

In 2009, concern over the condition of the Grange City Covered Bridge for even pedestrian access, prompted an inspection by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, before tourists were allowed access for the annual Fleming County Covered Link Festival.

Cat will not stop peeing on things ?

I have a manly neutered cat that has recently started to pee on things I don't think he is marking because it is a lot of pee. I have tried several things to get him to stop peeing but he won't It is always in the same places door trash can filing cabinet.

My cat use to do this all the sometimes after we got him neutered. First I would suggest making sure the litter box is clean daily if it the cat is a indoor cat. But if it already is and continues to do this I would make one think using a repellent on

There is nothing lapse with him, all boy cats do that as a kitten. He could be making he territory, which he probably will stop later in age.

Is his clutter box kept clean?
Is there any kind of air freshner plug in things by it? Some cats dont like the effluvium and wont go near them.
Has anything stressful happened? (new pet, moving, people working on the house, etc.)

i have 5 cats and they are doing that to but its only 2 of them and it seems to lend a hand that they have a really clean litter box and i read on the internet that you need to have 2 litter boxes one for poo and one for pee but they dont carefulness about that

There are several things it could be. By attractive him to the vet you eliminated most. If you recently changed litter he may not like it. If you made some changes in the house (new furniture, etc). If you are effective through a stressful time in your life.

My female desexed cat inured to to do that. I remember her peeing into an empty shoebox, and sort of meowing and just acting all weird. But she stopped doing that ages ago. I consider she has a fetish for boxes because she always like to sit and curl up in them.

my tenants trashed my dynasty. they used up their security deposit for back rent they owed per the court. now i go inside and its completely trashed. cabinet doors hanging, holes in walls, identify new carpet... literally brand new carpet.... with candy

You have to get estimates. They court compels them to pay the amount of the estimates. Then you use that capital to do anything you want - Fix the property or go to Maui.

why is my male cat always acting up?
