My race is quite small, specifically my living/ entry area. I also donot have any windows that I leave fair. I have double glass doors in my bedroom which I open only to hang out the clothes, and I have a small window in my Nautical galley which is fitted

The key is to bring out the windows! It sounds like you have a condensation problem which is causing the odour. Wet laundry will be the main shadowy. If you keep your flat sealed with no windows open this is bound to happen. And TAKE THE RUBBISH OUT lol!

Air out when imaginable. Get some of those plug-ins(that uses oil). Plug them in the outlets in every room(use the same scent for all), I use them and when we are out then come inside, it smells so worth.

Carpet is the figure up one problem! It probably needs a good cleaning. If your house is small, a few bucks to have the guy on in and steam them is an excellent investment.
