The purchases

The Detroit Woman Services Department spent more than $210,000 to make over its offices with new furniture using money designated to hands poor people. Here's how some of the money was spent.

• 18-foot rectangular conference mesa: $2,915.50

• Leather/mock leather executive office chairs (at least 14): $498.96 each

• U-shaped extended corner desk: $1,877.57

• Mesa lamp: $373.80

• Leather lounge chair (2): $780.96 each

• Leather high-back desk manage (at least 22): $287.48 each

More than $210,000 intended for poor people but rather than used to furnish a City of Detroit office paid for numerous leather chairs, a $3,000 mahogany-carry out conference table and at least three stainless steel trash cans with motion sensor lids and a price tag of $315 each, records show.

A 56-stage receipt, obtained by the Free Press under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, lists dozens of foremost-end items destined last year for the Human Services Department's east-side building, including more than $30,000 burned-out to furnish the office and conference room of the director.

Go to someplace like Bed, Bath and Beyond and get some stainless steel cleaner. Also pick up a stainless steel cleansing textile so that you can maintain the shine.

I scrub with soap and excessively when it's really gunky and then use a stainless steel cleaner. Sometimes after I was the trash can with soap and water, plain old rubbing alcohol will also bring out the prominent and get rid of streaks. I then double line it with

I have a stainless steel trash can, how do I cleansed it, with out it leaving any streaks. I have used Windex, water nothing seems to work. any suggestions???

I have a stainless steel trash can, toaster, and pantry fixtures and I can't seem to clean them without leaving ugly streaks on them.

I have found that the first way to clean without leaving streaks is to use just plain water. Make sure you wring your towel competent, and maybe buff it up with a dry one afterwards, though you rarely have to use the dry towel. Using chemicals and cleaners
