(XP) Proper click your desktop and go to properties then to desktop tab. Next click on customize desktop and click on each of the icons (one at a age) then click on change icon.

How come when I click the trash icon on YouTube next to my comment, the comment doesn't delete, please help?
So after clicking the trash can next to the annotation, it deletes when I press it, but after refreshing the page, it comes back again.
I have tried deleting it multiple times and even waited about 3 hours and it's STILL there.

I weigh you can't delete your own comment on other user's video because the user has comments on their own videos. You only can delete comments on your own videos.
