Don't understand about the Bissell, but if you're looking for a really good bagless, you should get a Dyson. I have one and it is AWESOME!

My eureka taking upright bagless vacuum is not sucking up anything and it is smoking. I have opened the hose and taken out a huge clog. I checked to beat it sure the clog was completely removed and it is. I have checked the belt. It looks fine and not
