I gather the Dyson Animal vacuum is the best thing out there but it has a very tall price tag.Is there anything similar that performs just as well that isnt so steep?
Nothing absolutely compares to Dyson vacuum cleaners. They are high priced because they are the best - their especially helpful to those who have asthma as they pick up more everything (dust mites etc). They pick up so much from deep in the carpet - I've

Try the Rainbow vaccuum. It works with splash and lasts FOREVER. It is very very durable and cleans like nothing else.

The best is a Kirby. The latest maquette is the Sentria. But any model works just as well. Theres no vaccum that could compare to it. The cheapest way to buy is on Ebay.
