What is the best brand of portable vacuum cleaners?

Those vacuums that are flat and you can hold them and clean everything else but the floor because that's what they're made for. I need one for my room and car. Crumbs everywhere all the time. What is the best one you know of and why?
NO no no!! dyson is over priced and the cheapest vacuum you can buy! (and i don't think they make a hand held) Look at the Riccar Supraquick. It is very small, has tons of power. It plugs in, don't get a battery opperated one if you inadequacy it to last

Dust bags aren't required for the vacuum to gather up dust and dirt. It's a bagless vacuum. The dirt goes into a cup, and you just dump it out.
