Vacuum cleaners for pet hair?

What is the defeat lightweight vacuum cleaner for use in a home with pets? I am willing to spend up to $300.
Dyson has a scale model that is great for pet hair, I think it says something about pets in the model name. About any vacuum will work well if you
change the bag frequently, and vacuum really often--like everyday.
Good Luck!

We got the smallest of the Dyson ball uprights. They look out for to start at $399 but if you find a deal or sale, you might get it for $300 - we did at Best Buy as they had a special coupon... this bag-less vacuum picks up an astonishing amount of stuff you don't

Dysons are grievous, but a little pricey. Hoover makes one with a great attachment that hooks on to the hose. It's a rotating revolving brush and it works awesome on furniture (and great for cars) to get all the hair off. It is lightweight and works great. All

the dyson seems to be a enormous vacume, but it is no where close to your budget, and when you go shopping, you will find the 700 dollar price tag on the one you want is unacceptable...yes there is a variation. instead, I suggest a eureka bagless vacume.

I have a HOOVER-SAVVY it's under $300 and if you get the extended 3 yr. agreement should still be under $300. I used to go through a vacuum once a year and we didn't even have carpet... They would just die and I'd throw em' out. I got my HOOVER-SAVVY

Hi, A cocker who has pets bought a Eureka boss smart vac ultra 4870 and she loves it. She said it was recommended by a primary consumer magazine and rated right up there with higher priced vacuums. It was priced around 150.00 and indeed cleans carpets
