peppermint oil in the washing machine?

hi, i recognize this isnt really pregnancy related BUT i have been using primrose capsules internally now for the past 2 weeks im 38weeks significant, i usually have a towel under me incase it leaks onto the sheets . Anyway it has gotten through my washing
i about you are suppose to stay away from peppermint oil while pregnant....thats what ive herd, maybe use some lavender oil as opposed to.
