Where would I get information on how to install a washing machine drain vent or best place for information?

The washing machine drain is installed. However, it is not vented. I am buying a new domicile and this problem is identified. I need to either deduct that from the bid price or budget that into my plans. What effect would not fixing it have?

Find a righteous plumber to give you a bid...U don't have to hire them. Look it up on DYI for instructions or find a book at Lowes on How to Projects.

When my washing machine drains it backs up and overflows out of the hose. I have review that that means the drain pipe isnt vented properly. However I cant find any information on how to install a vent pipe. Any ideas?
