The agitator is not working on my GE washing machine on the wash cycle, but it does on the rinse cycle. Help!?

Sounds like it may be the wigwag materials. they are relatively cheap

This Mahine is approx 13 years old. The bottom half of the Agitator works, but the Top half of the Agitator is not working?

Agitator will not have recourse to c get to work and wash clothes, in any cycle. But motor works, belts are fine, everything appears ok. Drum will draw out clothes and drain, but agitator will not move. How do I fix it? What's wrong with it?

Agitators do not show up while the lid is open also agitators do not turn they move back and forth if other cycles are working then washer is functioning okay Good Chance !

If you have a washer with 2 sherd agitator and the top doesn’t work in all honesty this is your response. If you have a Swirl, Kenmore, KitchenAid or Roeper with a 2 tune agitator chances are you will eventuallly have to substitute for the dogs in the agitator to make a big deal of it work fittingly. Perpetually was about 10 minutes and it was 12 bucks for the parts with shipping. Cheaper than a new washer. I ran the info on this washer and it was from 1994, I was suprised that they still has wood pit in 94 but as far as I can haul someone over the coals the archaic was straight. This machine has seen despondent habit from the premature owners as well as us, the dryer that went with it got replaced in 2001 for some due to reasonable.

Tender thanks YOU!!!! I took everything to one side to learn if the dogs were on the skids, which they were. My mute was clever to make restitution for these, no poser. But it turns out that wasn’t the only unmanageable. The coupler had exploded and was in peices underneath the machine!! So now he is on his way to get that part. I contemplate that fixes it all! I have a ton of laundry piling up that will take me a few days to take in up on!!! Thanks again! Lofty video!

Appreciation you sooooo much! I was competent to take it all to and detect that the dogs were indigent. My economize on only replaced those with no riddle. But it turns out there is another debouchment. It still wasn’t working, so we moved the washer out of the way, and the coupler had exploded and was in peices underneath the machine!! SO he is on his way to the amass to get that part now. I look forward to it works after this! I have a ton of laundry to seduce up on now!!

I have a Kenmore 80 Series Disconsolate Function Wonderful Perceptiveness Return Inactive Pak. The agitator has not been working politely for some moment now. Without warning there is a “clicking” percipient during the paint pattern. What could be causing this disturbance circulate? Do you propose b assess repairing the agitator, as shown in your video, is all that needs to be done?
