Where do I start troubleshooting? My Kenmore washing machine is not working properly in the spin cycle.?

The tub spins, but not at the luxurious speed it should for the cycle I used. Some water is drained, but when the spin cycle is done I can still squeeze a lot of water from a piece of clothing. It is an older facsimile Kenmore.

I own a matter-of-fact business and want to save $$ where I can. In the warehouse, we have a dog grooming tub that literally sits 10 inches in front of a spotless pvc drain line that is waste water from the bathroom (shower & sinks, not toilet).

In most areas, commercial plumbing (for a problem) needs to be done by a licensed Plumber. Adding a line is only part of the job. It would also need a vent to prevent the trap from being sucked out when other fixtures are hardened.
