Washing machine drain will not go down drain?

My washing machine the best quality will not go down the drain pipe into the main line.
I have to collect the water in a bucket and pour it down the bathtub drain. It goes down post-haste but I get a bubbling sound from the tolit. It also happens

Seems to be under any circumstances two issues here. The primary one is the washer not draining. If the washing machine is working properly, the drain could be too high up for the pump to handle. I had this facer. So, I bought some 2X10 lumber, and some 3/4"

My hotpoint aquarius wma 35 will do a sift cycle, and drain but will not kick in to do the spin.
I think it may be a block filter, but do not know where it is. (had exact same problem before and ex manage fixed it, did not see what he was doing).
We should get together I have due had a new machine delivered and that won't wash but will rinse and spin.

I've checked the hoses, none are blocked or kinked. The cavendish is fine. Agitator works but it will not drain. I've opened it up, disconnected everything, bailed it out. Put it all back together, reconnected the drainage pipe and hoses. It still will
