About how much is a unexcessive price to pay for someone to install a new water heater? Also, if the water heater we have is gas, can we buy an electric one? We live in a mobile home. Thanks.

My water heater was leaking and got replaced. The plumber onset me $75 to secure the new water heater with the straps that I already have. He said that they were not properly install in the old water heater and he was charging me $ 75 to install them
