I worn to work for a company that installed only water heaters in homes , and some businesses. The prices would vary so much, it was hard to keep up. A customary 40 gallon install would run between three to five hundred dollars. It depends on the location

My hot water heater is under my trailer. How can I install a water softener? And where would I put it?

Anything I make sense in my washer that has white on it is turning brown. It is a smaller trailer and no room to put a unit inside. Is there any units that can be cast-off under the trailer. Or one that is small enough to fit in a closet. Or anything
A bosom buddy of mine went to a RV Store and purchased a small water softner. He placed it outside and it worked great. If you alight in cold country, you might have to build a box around the unit to keep from freezing. Get some ideas from the RV Store.
