Water Heater pilot light won't stay lit HELP?

My water heater pilot light will defer lit for a a little while and then goes out. I have to keep re lighting throughout day, I do not think it is the thermocouple, I do think it is an air flow issue. So how do I go about getting that established???
Is it a 2003 or newer water heater?
If it is, the US domination mandated changes in the combustion system that has affected the operation of the burner. The popular brand water heaters now call for periodic cleaning.

maybe the pilot light orifice needs cleaned or adjusted.

Gas Water heater Pilot light sometimes blows out?

I about three times this year my pilot light on my gas water heater has blown out. This water heater is about 3 years old and came new with the harshly. It seems that on really windy days it will occasionally blow out the pilot light. Because I live
I had a equivalent problem, it turned out to be the thermocouple, easy to replace can get one from any home improvement store or hardware.Virtuous Luck

My hot water heater light began to go out recently. I re-lit the light and over the past few weeks has been doing it more often, until today it went out 3 times. I was active to buy a new water heater but my buddy said that perhaps the problem was the
a new thermal three may be the problem, is it windy lately where you live? you may be able to turn up the pilot flame (slightly) and fix it free. you can substitute for the thermal couple for maybe 20 bucks if neither works it's new water heater time

A man at 127 Nonpareil St., Batavia, was infatuated to UMMC by Generosity EMS this morning after he was reportedly burned while lighting a pilot light for a water heater.
When he tried to light the pilot, there was superficially a timely, trivial tantrum, but no fire followed.
Municipality fire responded at sharply after 9 a.m.
