No electricity is coming to electric water heater!?

Hi,
Several days ago the heater got problem and stopped working, now that I check the wires with multimeter, it shows that on the fuse, there is excitement but on the other side of the wire where the heater is, there is no electricity.
There are two fuses for a water heater. Also take the fuses out and cease for continuity, A multimeter is not a good tester for a fuse, because blown fuses sometimes will read good with a tipsy impedance meter. If it is a breaker instead of fuses, turn

Two-ply check on both sides of the fuse for voltage. If you have conduit pulling new wire is easy. If you have romex inthe partition consider just running a conduit against the wall from the fusebox and bypassing the electrical run. In a utility elbow-room this will

Could be a total of differant things.
Broken wire bad fuse or breaker. to name a couple .
I would recommend getting proficient help.

My subordinate heat is a closed system hot water tank (separate from consumable hot water heater). It has a regular tank, gas heated, compressing regulator, expansion tank, flow control and electric circulator. Very simple set up (about 40 years old)
